VPAs at PA Everyday Complete a Series of Computer Classes With Britech

VPAs Find the Saturday Continuing Education Effective in Acquiring Skills to Accomplish More Challenging Tasks

Sydney, NSW -- (SBWIRE) -- 05/29/2010 -- The virtual personal assistants at PA Everyday Cebu Office, an Australian owned and managed virtual assistance company, attended and completed a Four-Saturday Continuing Education on Microsoft Office from April 10, 2010 through May 8, 2010. The Saturday classes were conducted by Godwin Monserate, an instructor from Britech Interface College-Cebu, a provider of IT-based education. The classes were held in-house, within the office of PA Everyday. The modules included practical exercises using MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint, which are vital for serving clients in the virtual personal assistant industry.

PA Everyday founder and owner, Tim Reading, had announced in early April the company’s plans to offer the formal VPA training as part of an ongoing improvement in the delivery and execution of virtual assistance services.

Evralou Pedrosa-Iway, Senior PA at PA Everyday, said the classes helped her discover ways to complete tasks faster, including those which were “initially very challenging”. She added that she is looking forward to future workshops and tutorials. A former market researcher at an American-owned business process outsourcing firm, Mrs. Iway desires to enrich her knowledge and hopes to study web design and photo editing in order to better meet the diverse needs of her clients.

Margareth de los Reyes, Junior PA, expresses her gratitude for free in-house workshops. She describes the recent computer classes as “really helpful, especially in creating customized spreadsheets for invoices and other financial record keeping”.

PA Everyday management is currently planning another wave of training for its staff. The company will make an announcement once plans are finalized.
