SMS Connects Management With Indian Ethos Through Centre for Spiritualism and Human Enrichment

At the same time the School is also aware of the role that spiritualism can play in making our lives much better. Hence the Institution has come up with a ‘Centre for Spiritualism and Human Enrichment’ which is working with the aim of bridging the gap between ancient Indian knowledge and traditions and the modern sciences of management and technology. The Centre for Spiritualism and Human Enrichment at SMS, now known by the name ‘Purusharth’, was inaugurated in the year 2003 by the then Governor of UP, Mahamahim Acharya Vishnu Kant Shastri Ji. Since then the Centre has been active in various activities under the Honorary Directorship of a world renowned exponent of the area, Prof. K. D. Tripathi

SMS Faculty wrote a book on Leadership

Dr Sanjay Saxena working under the capacity of Reader in School of Management Sciences write a book on Leadership along with coauthor Dr. Purnima Awasthi who is working in the Department of Psychology Banaras Hindu University as assistant Professor.The book is familiarizing the various concept to its readers on the different subjects which includes management ,politics, administration and social system.The book is published by the renowned publication house Prentice Hall of India.
