Honolulu, HI -- (SBWIRE) -- 07/15/2010 -- The CTO Telecom Summit team is pleased to announce the newest attendees who have signed on to attend the upcoming technology event: Josh Barstow, VP, Advanced Services, Metrocast; Eric Burger, CTO, Neustar; and three executives representing HCL Technologies, a leading global IT services company.

The CTO Telecom Summit, to be held October 3-6, 2010 in Scottsdale, Arizona, brings together more than 50 CIOs and IT thought-leaders to network with their peers, make critical business contacts, and learn about the latest technology topics and solutions. Held in a relaxed, yet focused business environment, the IT event allows attendees to learn from each other by discussing IT projects and failures, case studies and the latest technology research.

“The CTO Telecom Summit’s newest attendees promise to bring a lot of value and experience to the event. These executives will be able to contribute not only to the agenda sessions, but also to the conversations that go on outside of these more formal learning opportunities, such as the networking events and dinners,” said Ross Abbott, Event Director, CTO Telecom Summit.

Agenda topics to be discussed at the upcoming event include cloud-based services, network transformation, security and regulation, mobile video content, and workforce collaboration. The agenda includes case studies, panel discussions, one-on-one meetings and keynote presentations.

HCL Technologies will also be participating in the event’s strategic agenda. An executive representing the company will be giving a 35 minute CIO Thought Leadership Session on Monday, October 4, 2010 at 11:15am.
