Bradford, West Yorkshire -- (SBWIRE) -- 07/27/2010 -- Ties n Tags http://www.tiesntags.co.uk were delighted to Donate 100 lanyards to Humbersides "Help for Heroes" day for use by the officials on the day. The event took place on the 7th July 2010 at 7 Lakes Country Park Crowle, North Lincolnshire, and featured the Red Devils Parachute Display Team, Red Arrows, Search and Rescue Sea King, along with a Battle of Britain Memorial Flight!
Speaking after the event, Ties n Tags received the following email from Watch Manager John Armson of North Lincs CPU.
"I would like to take this opportunity to express both mine and on behalf of the Rescue Days committee a massive thank you to you all for the part you played in what we believe to be the outstanding success of Rescue Day on Saturday the 10th of July. The attendance figures have surpassed all expectations, to date we do not have any precise figures and to be quite honest I doubt we will get the actual number, however, it is anticipated we will be able to provide a realistic estimation in the near future...The feedback we have received to date has been extremely positive, donations and money raised for Help 4 Heroes has yet to be finalized as money is still being Handed in...All the displays and demonstrations were fantastic and again from current feed back from members of the public very well received.It would also be very much appreciated if you could pass this message on to all within your organizations who have helped and may not have had sight of it."
