The lawsuit accuses BestMed of patent infringement, copyright infringement, Lanham Act violations, unfair competition and several other violations.

Medisim, Ltd is asking the court to award it damages, grant a permanent restraining order against BestMed from continuing its illegal practices and directing BestMed to destroy all materials that bear any violation of Medisim’s rights.
