UK Telephone System

OfficeServ Maintenance Firm Recruits Another

Blackburn, Lancashire -- (SBWIRE) -- 09/10/2010 -- UK Telephone System is a vendor of Samsung equipment based in Blackburn who is continuing to grow in both turnover and employees. Their latest recruit has joined in August 2010 to bolster the teams OfficeServ maintenance department. Michaela Eccles will head up OfficeServ maintenance renewals and accounts.

Michaela’s pedigree is enviable. She is an ex-student of Rivington and Blackrod High School who went on to study accounting at Preston College. She then graduated with a BA Honours degree in Business Studies at The University of Central Lancashire.

She leaves a post at Flame Upholstery to join the phone systems operation that has a leaning towards OfficeServ maintenance support within the United Kingdom.

Previously she had worked at Neales Waste Management who is coincidentally a customer of the telecoms provider.

She enjoys keeping fit in body and mind. A keen runner, she can often been seen at the weekends, with fell runners from across the region, conquering the highest peaks in all weathers. She is also a road cyclist with a passion for distance. At other moments she is to be found in the gym doing circuit training.

The growth of the OfficeServ maintenance base is a key component to the commercial operations of the firm. Customers who purchase a telephony platform are buying into a long-term relationship and want the service guarantees that assure them of prompt attention in the event of failure. They need their maintainer to be contractual committed to providing specified response times. In essence customers demand OfficeServ maintenance as much as this Telco wants to provide it.

So what are the assurances of continuous care? Well OfficeServ maintenance agreements are only a year in length. The engineers have to be good to sustain retention. The OfficeServ maintenance team’s core responsibility is to retain the contracts that are in place through flexibility for users.

Meanwhile the sales division is always introducing new OfficeServ maintenance because they just keep selling additional kit.
