Slade Property Services Wins Exclusive Leasing Contract

 

Yangon, Burma -- (SBWIRE) -- 12/10/2014 -- SLADE PROPERTY SERVICES (Myanmar) Ltd ("SPS") has been appointed as the exclusive marketing and leasing agent for Vantage Tower by Myint & Associates Construction Company Ltd.

Vantage Tower, a 236,144 sqft (21,938 sqm) GFA mixed-use building that is due for completion in March 2015, is located on the prestigious Pyay Road over-looking the western edge of Inya Lake, Yangon's most scenic area. The building, built by Myint & Associates Construction Company Limited, will consist of two joined components;

Tower A, an 18 storey mixed-use tower that will provide approximately 15,250 sqft (1,420 sqm) of luxurious residential penthouse accommodation, split over 3x 3-bedroom penthouse units, on the top two floors, approximately 100,000 sqft (9,290 sqm) of prime office accommodation, ground floor and 1st floor café and high-end restaurant facilities and;

Tower B, an Uptime Institute Tier III certified Data Centre, offering 90 racks of server co-location storage space and world-class support services, and 6 level multi-storey car park that is designed to hold 160 cars.

The building includes two basement levels that will be used for car parking.

Vantage Tower will also offer supporting facilities for the tenants within the building, including a number of meeting rooms and a 4,300 sqft function area for hire by the hour.
