Grovetown, GA -- (SBWIRE) -- 12/30/2014 -- A new home neighborhood is coming to Grovetown, Georgia next Summer. Prudential Beazley Real Estate announced plans of their newest new home community on their blog last week. Kelarie is to be built by three of Columbia County's most exceptional builders: Bill Beazley Homes, Downeast Homebuilders, and Pierwood Construction and will be located off Baker Place Road. The neighborhood will be convenient to a number of amenities including restaurants, entertainment, and brand new shopping centers.
Included in the plans for Kelarie are a pool, pavilion, and activity center. Prudential Beazley Real Estate says that later down the road, Kelarie can expect hiking trails, a park, and picnic areas as well. When construction is complete Kelarie will be home to 559 homes with lots ranging from 40 feet to 90 feet wide as well as townhomes. The first phase will be ready as early as summer 2015 and include 120 lots of different size. The design of Kelarie will include a spine road that connects a number of sub neighborhoods. Each of these sub neighborhoods will have their own name and identity, allowing for the feeling of a close knit community.
