To measure nation's educational efforts and outcomes, the Poll's data are gathered and calculated from 5 major International education data basis:

NJ MED's Executive Director, Albert Mitchell II, said," With over 60 million children not in school today, we hope the World Top 20 Education Poll's ranking system will encourage more countries to invest in education and assure students can attend schools safely."

Mr. Mitchell II, added "To do this, we need countries to help gather and share more information, so that we can link them with more support services. We see what is happening around the world in nations like Nigeria and Pakistan, with more transparency, we can stop and prevent these human rights violations, and instead focus on developing social structures that will sustain economic growth for nations."
