Manhattan Beach, CA -- (SBWIRE) -- 01/07/2015 -- Maverick Management Group, LLC, (MMG) acting as an owner's representative and project manager for Investcorp International Realty, announces the completion of the PIP (Project Improvement Plan) for the Residence Inn in Manhattan Beach, CA.

The project included the redesign and upgrade of all 176 guest rooms, the demolition of an existing gatehouse, design and construction of a new gatehouse with a gym, meeting spaces, renovated pool and sports court.

During the 18-month design and construction project, MMG devised a unique phasing and sequencing plan to maintain full guest services throughout the project. MMG arranged for temporary utilities and mechanicals as well as a temporary kitchen and event tent to be housed on site to ensure no impact to guest services.
