Wattana, Thailand -- (SBWIRE) -- 01/20/2015 -- Hudson James Investment Management, a company which specializes in managed ETF strategies, has teamed up with Brooklands Pensions to provide an overseas pension scheme which is actively managed on behalf of British expatriates retiring overseas.
The actively managed QROPS would be rebalanced on a client's behalf on a monthly basis to provide greater pension protection from falling stock markets.
Your pension would be automatically rebalanced on your behalf every month for greater protection.
The QROPS avoids 20% - 45% income tax in the UK, 45% tax on death post-75 and targets high double digit returns year-in year-out on your pension.
Brooklands Trustees will administer the Qualifying Recognized Overseas Pension Scheme based in Gibraltar. The QROPS will only cost £300 to set up and £300 per year on an annual basis to administer the QROPS if investing less than £100,000.
For pensions over £100,000 the charges are £600 upfront and then £800 thereafter. These fees are for Gibraltar QROPS only. Gibraltar allows much greater pension freedoms and the tax is a flat rate of only 2.5% on income rather than 20% - 45% on income in the UK. It also avoids the 45% tax on death of a remaining pension pot if taken as a lump sum after age 75 which is currently imposed in the UK.
Hudson James Investment Management will manage the investments for pension monies. HJIM use an actively managed ETF strategy to lower risk and maximize returns for clients using a technique which has been vigorously tested.
The SMART ETF STRATEGY has had no losing years in the last 10 years during testing. Every year has produced double digit growth with less risk than investing in the S&P500.
The QROPS will avoid all the high costs of investing in an offshore bond and there are no hidden costs. Clients can exit the strategy and go to cash at any time they like. There is also $500,000 asset protection insurance for the actively managed ETF strategy.
Hudson James Investment Management and Brooklands Pensions have a non-exclusive agreement.
The SMART ETF strategy will also be available for SIPP's and QNUPS as well.
Financial advisers can contact http://www.imhudsonjames.com if they are interested in using this strategy for their clients.
British expats who wish to transfer their pension offshore to avoid taxes can contact firstname.lastname@example.org for a free pension review.
