Jonesboro, AR -- (SBWIRE) -- 01/21/2015 -- Hytrol Conveyor Company, Inc., manufacturers of advanced conveyor systems, controls, and solutions, is pleased to announce the new E24i™, which integrates the E24™ motor and card into one unit.
The new E24i offers benefits for the end-user, including:
-Reduces wiring for a cleaner look outside of the channel
-Makes setting consistent speeds easier with the use of dip switches rather than a tachometer and screwdriver
-Enhances reliability of card and motor by adding a dedicated motor driver chip to protect against the most common electrical failure sources
The E24i part number 033.09022 will replace both 033.09001 (motor) and 033.09002 (card). The part will work for applications using the low-current setting on the current version of E24. It will not work with a 3-amp setting. The only exceptions include inclines, declines, and transfers which will be supplied with the original E24 motor and card. Models 190-E24 and 190-E24EZ will be shipped with the E24i™ motor for orders entered after January 1, 2015.
