The company will be executing a SaaS Enterprise Licensing Agreement for Ulitrva's Collaborative Supply Portal (CSP), Lean Factory Management (LFM) and Quality Management System (QMS) modules. Plans are to implement all three modules at five plants in 2015 with additional plants slated for 2016 and beyond. Currently, six plants have been identified as implementation candidates for 2015. Within these six plants, there are five different ERP systems.
