The Civil Project Manager Candidate is expected to have a minimum four (4) years of site development / civil engineering experience (proficient in site layout, grading, hydrology, earthwork, and local permitting) as well as experience with preparing design fee proposals and managing multiple clients and projects simultaneously. Civil Project Manager Candidate is expected to have Georgia Professional Engineer (PE) Licensure.
The Civil Project Engineer is expected to have a minimum two (2) years of site development / civil engineering experience (proficient in site layout, grading, hydrology, earthwork, and local permitting). Civil Project Engineer candidate should be proficient in AutoCAD latest version, Word, and Excel. Experience in Hydraflow, Pay Dirt and Civil3D would be considered a plus. Civil Project Engineer Candidate is expected to have the Engineer-in-Training Certification and ability to gain the Georgia Professional Engineer (PE) Licensure.
