Raleigh, NC -- (SBWIRE) -- 02/12/2015 -- TheeDesign Studio is excited to share they were awarded not one, but two 2015 AVA Digital awards by the Association of Marketing and Communications Professionals (AMCP) for their recent web design work.
AVA Digital Awards is an international competition, recognizing outstanding achievement by creative professionals involved in the production of digital communication. Since 1994, the award has celebrated the audio-visual arts and has grown to appreciate all forms of website and design creativity.
TheeDesign Studio is a web design agency in Raleigh, specializing in creating mobile-friendly and lead generating websites for small-to-medium businesses. Their two award-winning websites were for local Raleigh ophthalmology practice, Triangle Eye Physicians, and the North Carolina Tactical Officers Association.
The Triangle Eye Physicians' website is responsively designed using WordPress, an easy-to-use content management system. The site features large, modern images, easy navigation, and an on-site blog for eye health resources.
NCSWAT's website is also responsively designed using WordPress. The site allows individuals to apply and pay for NCTOA membership and gives access to events and symposiums through an online calendar.

There were around 2,100 entries submitted to the AVA Digital Awards. Entries ranged from audio and video productions to website and social media sites to user-generated digital communication. Entries are judged by the AMCP, which is comprised of several thousand marketing and communication experts.
About 15% of the entries won the Platinum Award, 18% won the Gold Award, and 8% won Honorable Mention.
