Dead Greedy, a/k/a Jeremy Bourquin, and Craptastic Plastic Ltd have launched a Kickstarter project to raise funds to produce copies of favorite ComicCon plastic creatures, including Hawn Tawn, Space Pirate.
Coppell, TX -- (SBWIRE) -- 02/18/2015 -- Jeremy Bourquin is the artist known as "Dead Greedy," and is renowned for his creations of favorite science fiction and comic book creatures, including Hawn Tawn, Space Pirate. Dead Greedy and his company are now launching a Kickstarter project in order to raise funds to mass produce this and other beloved ComicCon plastic characters.

Dead Greedy is a pop artist specializing in parody sculptures and custom creation of action figures. Through his work with Craptastic Plastic Ltd, Dead Greedy hopes to highlight not only his own work but that of other artists, helping them bring their creations to the wider market.
Hawn Tawn, Space Pirate is an 8"x8"x4" polystone resin figure with full color and custom art packaging. It is designed to be purchased as a collector's item. Funds collected through Kickstarter will be used for production, rewards and administrative expenses. While Dead Greedy offers special thanks to Daniel Almeida, Dead Greedy's first patron, he hopes to reward donors with other gifts, including Dead Greedy Logo Stickers, Coffee Tumblers, T-Shirts and Hoodies at various donation levels. Gifts will also include copies of the Hawn Tawn, Space Pirate sculpture, signed and unsigned, as well as Cookiee Wookiee Preview Editions and Sesame St Wars Preview Editions.
