Los Angeles, CA -- (SBWIRE) -- 03/09/2015 -- "Human Rights Made Easy" is an educational documentary film series that explores the most basic inherent elements of human rights.  The film is created by Sheri Alvandian, a naturalized US citizen from Iran who has lived in the United States for more than three decades and is a graduate of John F. Kennedy University in Orinda, California.  Trained in meditation techniques for awareness and self-realization with a Masters degree in Interdisciplinary Consciousness Studies, Ms. Alvandian is also a female business owner in the food industry and is enthusiastic about advocating for Human Rights.

Now, Ms. Alvandian has launched an IndieGoGo campaign at https://www.indiegogo.com/projects/human-rights-made-easy-educat-l-documentary-films/ to raise funds for production and distribution of her Human Rights documentary films.  "I believe in the inherent power of people to make a difference and make life a beautiful experience for themselves and for each other," said Ms. Alvandian.  "I believe it is crucial for people to realize their own power in shaping their own destiny.  I need a chance to share this view."

This is Ms. Alvandian's first international project, although she has created and produced many other communications projects from narrations to poetry readings and more complex documentaries on Ancient Persian History and Civilization in the Farsi language.  The film requires funds to finish production, so Ms. Alvandian has launched an IndieGoGo campaign to help finance the project.

"We need to reach out to those who have lost all hope in themselves and in making their lives better on their own," she says.  "We start with using simple scientific methods of re-establishing individual powers of mental remapping and positive thinking, and applying it in everyday life.  We will show the mental map of how the brain works in different situations, and how we can make it work to our advantage."

Ms. Alvandian also hopes to partner with educators, social network groups, policy makers in the government and scholarly organizations to promote Human Rights on every level.
