As it was a pleasure doing business with Mifab, the growth potential of Mifab was limited. Since the termination of these agreements, Mifab is no longer licensed by Liquid Breaker to sell or distribute the Green Drain or the Mi-Gard product that was manufactured by Liquid Breaker. Unfortunately Mifab has not honored its commitments in this regard and Liquid Breaker has filed a lawsuit against Mifab to prevent further abuse.
Liquid Breaker's new focus is on building the brand, delivering product at the market price and creating respectful and engaging relationships with its customers and distributors.
Although Liquid Breaker has reorganized through Chapter 11, it has kept strong relationships with its suppliers yet put together new core sales and administrative staff. Liquid Breaker is committed to bringing the product to market in which they are known with quality and everlasting support.
Liquid Breaker guarantees that the product it manufacturers' and was perfected under the IAPMO certification, formerly licensed to Mifab, remains unchanged.
