Namito, an Orthopedic doctor by profession, has studied with renowned masters of Yoga and spirituality such as BKS Iyengar, Pattabi Jois and J. Krishnamurti.He has a comprehensive experience in teaching yoga and it's therapeutic approach for over 25 years. He has condensed his experience and knowledge to combine the principles of the ancient yoga sutras with a wide range of alignment techniques devised by BKS Iyengar.
The objective of 200 hours Yoga TTC is to give an organized and systematic form to one's yoga practice, to inculcate technical and theoretical expertise among both beginners and experienced yoga students, so as to enable them to be teachers and mentors in future.
