Auburn Hills, MI -- (SBWIRE) -- 05/19/2015 -- Monroe Engineering LLC ("Monroe") is pleased to announce the acquisition of ECAS, INC. ("ECAS"). The transaction is the fourth add-on acquisition for Monroe since June 2011. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Headquartered in Melbourne, FL (http://www.ecasinc.com/) is a distributor of aerospace, defense, and government hardware and electrical products. The Company sells its products to a broad range of fixed wing and rotary blade aircraft OEM's, distributors, MRO's, and private users across North America, Europe, and Asia. ECAS also operates a warehouse and sales office in Las Vegas, NV to enhance service to the Western United States and Canada.
