Hyderabad, India -- (SBWIRE) -- 05/28/2015 -- With the need for providing online fee payment facility to students and parents by the schools, colleges and training centers, SchoolTime has released a new module that will help the education institutions to activate their choice of payment gateway within 4 clicks of the mouse.
The school management software has been designed with the simplicity of an e-commerce engine. The various types of fees are similar to an e-commerce product, which can be tagged to a particular student or even to a particular class or batch. Bulk Invoices are generated with a single click and the invoices are sent to the attached students and their parents via email. To make it simple for the students or their parents to make the payments online, the invoices come with a "Pay Now" button inside the email itself. When this button is clicked, the parents are navigated to the secured area of SchoolTime payments, and can then choose whether to pay by card or net banking, depending on the facility provided by the payment gateway activated by the school.
All invoices are automatically tracked within the system, and if the payments are successful, the status of invoices are changed to "Paid" automatically. Schools can also easily track outstanding payments from the system automatically.
Students and Parents have their own private access to the SchoolTime portal which also provides them a complete status and history of all payments made. A lot of discrepancy in payments can now be avoided by the schools.
