Fahrenheit Yoga Studio Offers Vinyasa Flow Teacher Training

Brentwood, TN -- (SBWIRE) -- 06/25/2015 -- This summer, Fahrenheit Yoga Studio, one of the most respected yoga studios in Nashville, will hold a six-weekend teacher training workshop in July and August. The training is ideal for yoga students who wish to become qualified teachers or who would simply like to educate themselves about yogic philosophy and deepen their practice.

The workshop, taught by yoga instructor Olga Dadalko, will take place over the course of six weekends from July 17th to August 30th. The first class will be held on July 14th at 4 PM. The 200-hour course will be an immersive experience for students, who will be guided through a combination of physical and intellectual practice. During the training, Dadalko will educate students on the history of yoga and examine different types of power yoga as they are practiced today. Students will also study the human body intensely, from an anatomical, scientific perspective as well as an energetic and spiritual one. This knowledge will help students to deepen their personal practice of yoga.

Students will also learn the fundamentals of designing an asana series for others. They will learn how to sequence a yoga class, assist students individually and modify poses to meet students' individual needs. The teacher training will also cover the basics of running a yoga studio as a successful business.

Current yoga students who are interested in signing up for the teacher training can fill out an application, available online, and return it to Fahrenheit Yoga Studio. Tuition for the full 200-hour course is due by July 15th.
