Nondorf joined U.S. Compliance Corp in 2002 after spending four years as a Safety Engineer for M.A. Mortenson Company and Michels Corporation. In these roles, Nondorf was fully responsible for the planning, implementing, and coordinating of safety programs to eliminate occupational injuries, illnesses, and financial losses. These positions allowed him to work with various sub-contractors and other construction workers; well preparing him for work with industrial clients and manufacturing personnel.
