Newark, NJ -- (SBWIRE) -- 07/08/2015 -- Ana Palacios-Sampaio, RN, and her family have launched an IndieGoGo campaign to realize their dream of opening a holistic health clinic to benefit the people of their community. Sampaio works as a registered nurse and nutritional coach and wants to open the Renew Life Style Center to provide colon hydrotherapy, health and nutrition classes, massage therapy and other holistic health services.
Sampaio has spent many years studying the effects of nutrition on health and exploring alternative medical treatments. She cured her own daughter of eczema by changing her diet and substituting wholesome foods. She plans to have a juice bar, hyperbaric chamber, acupuncture, IV vitamin therapy, chelation therapy and live blood analysis at her new clinic.
"Due to dietary issues, we are seeing more childhood obesity, deaths from heart attacks, strokes and diabetes and diseases caused by obesity, high cholesterol and high blood pressure. However, many of these conditions can be halted or even reversed by eating the right foods," says Sampaio. "A high-fiber diet and reasonable exercise can do a great deal to countering many modern diseases. Even changing the average person's diet by a small amount can have a huge impact on health, especially when combined with other holistic health treatments."
