This event is dedicated to the Russian Electronics Week and in particular to the international exhibition ChipExpo-2010, which will be held from the 26th to 28th of October.

In recent years Promwad significantly expanded its influence in Russia, thus opening of the office in the capital was a logical step. The main task of the new representative office is to be closer to customers, and the main strategic goal is serious growth on the Russian market of electronics development.

At ChipExpo-2010 the company will present its new electronic devices designed for Russian customers:

– Set-top box (STB) based on the new chip from STMicroelectronics (designed for the company SmartLabs);

– GPS-compass Personal Locator (developed for SemiDevices, OEM / ODM-electronics manufacturer);

– Tablet PC Enera (its software was developed at the request of MGR with the participation of Promwad Mobile specialists).

Along with the stands of ChipEXPO-2010 exhibitors all the visitors will see the special display The Best Products of Russian Electronics and Microelectronics 2009–2010.
