She has more than 20 years experience in business development, medical sales and corporate training, with documented success in new account development, account retention and increased sales to existing accounts.

Prior to joining SalesForce4Hire®, Mills served as a hospital sales representative with Cura Surgical, Inc. and an executive sales representative/field sales trainer with Sanofi-Aventis Pharmaceuticals, both in Raleigh/Durham, N.C. At the latter job, she achieved the number one sales ranking in North Carolina by implementing targeted sales strategy selling pharmaceuticals to both small and large physician groups, as well as reached over 200 percent of her sales quota. Before moving to Raleigh, Mills was a professional sales representative/field sales trainer for Forest Pharmaceuticals in Traverse City, Mich., where she finished among the top 2 percent in the company for national sales growth and received the prestigious “President’s Club” award. She is a graduate of Eastern Michigan University, where she earned a Bachelor of Science with a double major in Business Management and Education and a Master of Arts in Instructional Technology.
