Subway Restaurants of Lehigh Valley Raise More Than $5,600 for American Cancer Society

Restaurant Chain Supports Breast Cancer Awareness Month

 

Lehigh Valley, PA -- (SBWIRE) -- 12/06/2010 -- SUBWAY® restaurants has announced that the Lehigh Valley market raised more than $5,600 for the American Cancer Society (ACS) (http://www.cancer.org), a nationwide, community-based voluntary health organization dedicated to eliminating cancer as a major health problem. Lehigh Valley SUBWAY® restaurants designated the month of October as “Support the American Cancer Society Lehigh Valley Unit Month” by asking customers for donations through the purchase of $1 pink bracelets. All generated proceeds went toward the ACS.
