Four wheel drive has three 4x4 driving system options, Quadra-Trac I, Quadra-Trac II and Quadra-Drive II. The Quadra-Trac II and Quadra-Drive II have a standard Selec-Terrain system, which allows the driver to choose the best option for their off-road or on-road driving needs. Jeep Grand Cherokee drivers can select from five terrain modes: automatic, sand/mud, sport, snow and rock.

The 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee has the same Hemi V-8 engine as previous models, but will also be available with an all-new Pentastar-V6 engine. The fuel tank capacity has been increased to 24.6 gallons and achieved an estimated fuel economy of 16 city mpg and 22 highway mpg.

The interior of the 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee in Baltimore also received great updates that all occupants will love. Elements of luxury, including leather seats, a panoramic sunroof overhead, ambient lighting and wood paneling makes it easy to forget that the vehicle is designed for off-roading.
