Daimer plans to ship four power washers designed to quickly eliminate large quantities of chewing gum and other embedded residues from concrete and stone surfaces.
Woburn, MA -- (SBWIRE) -- 02/16/2011 -- Daimer Industries®, a leading provider of diesel pressure washers, announced the future availability of four electric-powered, fuel-heated gum removal steam power washers. The new 12800, 12820, 12840 and 12860 Super Max™ machines have electric motors and use diesel or similar fuels for steam cleaning with temperatures nearing 330°F.

Diesel Pressure Washers with Gum Removal
Due to their high temperatures and pressure levels, wet steam systems save time on large volume gum removal applications. In addition, the systems can eliminate chewing gum without chemicals or scrubbing.
Daimer®’s upcoming 12800 series of Super Max™ diesel pressure washers are fuel-heated and designed to support various electric power sources: the 12800 gum removal pressure washers support 120V, the 12820 and 12840 support single phase 230V, and the 12860 supports three phase 230V.
The machines also provide different rated levels of pressure, ranging from 1000 psi for the 12800 to 3000 psi for the 12860. Flow rates range from 2 GPM for the 12800 to 5 GPM for the 12860.
In addition to power, wet steam diesel pressure washers offer another feature for high volume gum removal: high temperatures. The four new systems include schedule 80 heat coil systems that can be configured to burn diesel fuel, two types of heating oil, or even kerosene. The heating units can convert cold water to hot in approximately half a minute.
