The Training Handbook has been developed by the HR team under direction from the Sales Team Leader. The previous system of training was judged to be inconsistent and therefore the Handbook lays out everything any new employee needs to know, from how the company is structured to how to respond to varying customer queries. It also has a helpful Frequently Asked Questions section and a Glossary at the back, so all bases are completely covered.

The Handbook will be reviewed and if necessary, updated each month to keep up with company developments and also to add in any new information that comes to light that is required by new employees.

It is hoped that the new scheme will enable employees to become more independent within the company and they should be able to respond to customer queries quicker without having to ask for help.
