The new systems, which are completely electric, operate with minimal noise and non-existent exhaust.

"Moreover, these offer all the benefits of an all electric system -- namely no fumes and reduced noise."

New Electric Pressure Washers at 50 Hz

Daimer®'s latest Vapor-Flo, the 7600, carries maximum assessed pressure levels of 130 bar paired with waterflows of 3.8 LPM. The power washers offer two temperature modes for cleaning with and without heat. (Heated mode offers maximum temperatures of 79.4°C.) The electric pressure washers rely on industrial-duty 2.0 HP, 440V motor units.

For no-fume heating, the electric pressure washers rely on an all-electric, coil-centric heater system. Because the machines rely electricity for power heating and cleaning pressure, the units can be deployed in manufacturing environments for delicate/sensitive products like computer components, foodstuff, and medical/health devices. The heater systems use a proprietary Fast Heat design to attain to top temperatures in approximately 25 seconds.

The model 7600 electric pressure washers are designed for portability with four-wheeled base and industrially-approved mini-tires. The machines are sold with 9.8 meters of double-reinforced hose. Large lengths are available as customer orders from Daimer®.
