Life Meets Work Participating in Kellogg School of Management Alumni Meet

 

Park Ridge, IL -- (SBWIRE) -- 07/04/2011 -- Life Meets Work is a work life consulting firm dedicated to fostering flexible workplaces. The president of Life Meets Work, Kyra Cavanaugh, is successful in helping firms to implement and enhance flexibility at workplace. She is participating in the event organized by Kellogg School of Management to provide a valuable session about negotiating and demanding work life balance programs at workplace. The event will be held on 9th June, 2011 at James L. Allen Center from 5:30PM to 8:00 PM.

“People are overburdened with personal and professional responsibilities,” says Kyra Cavanaugh, president of Life Meets Work. “We’re getting a high demand for our sessions targeted at helping employees learn to either accept or change their work life struggles.”

There event will include time for personal reflection as well as peer-learning, as particpaints share best practices and work life balance ideas with each other. Interested participants should enroll in advance.

The session will have special emphasis on the importance of setting personal and professional boundaries, negotiating with others for the life we want and letting go of our “super parent” ideals. The cost of the event is $25 and interested people can register their names online by 3rd June, 2011.
