Protecode Build Analyzer, a component of Protecode’s System 4™ complete license management solution, now seamlessly integrates with Rational Team Concert. The easy-to-install integration provides IBM Rational development teams with an efficient, user-friendly and automated tool for managing open source and third party code throughout the increasingly collaborative software development cycle enabled by the Rational Collaborative Lifecycle Management Solution (CLM).

Build Analyzer monitors the build process tool (such as Apache’s Ant), and creates a list of files that are used during the build (after the pre-processing stage). It then analyzes the files that are used in the build process. Build Analyzer is light weight, making it easy to integrate into an already existing software development process.
