The name Halo Couture is fitting of these hair extensions, as they are placed around the crown of your head, as if you were adding a halo. Halo Couture extensions are not added with regular clips like many extensions. The extensions are secured to your hair with a monofilament string that is attached to a wefted base. This way the extensions can be placed on top of your head, then your hair is parted over it to cover the attachment. This makes them safe for every-day use, as clip extensions can sometimes cause pulling and friction, irritating your scalp and surrounding hair.
Halo Couture uses 100% Remy hair. Remy hair is human hair that retains its cuticule, which is the outer part of the strand. By maintaining the cuticle in the hair wefts, this allows it to remain silky, soft, and tangle free. You can style your hair like normal, but perming is not recommended. The extensions last 9 months or longer, depending on the care the extensions receive.
