Rethink Your Diet: Young Raw Vegan Activist Seeks Funding for Holistic New Food & Diet Book

Moein Ghahremani Nejad’s ‘Rethink Your Diet: Be Conscious! And Learn How To Live A Healthy Lifestyle’ goes further than any other book to not only help readers improve their health, but understand how what they eat shapes the world around them. Focusing on the physical, economic, societal and environmental impacts of humanity’s diet choices, the book empowers readers to choose healthier foods and prosper in a world that is better for everyone. However, for the book to come to fruition, vital funds are required through Nejad’s Indiegogo crowdfunding campaign.

Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia -- (SBWIRE) -- 07/09/2014 -- Three years ago, when Moein Ghahremani Nejad was just eighteen, a series of debilitating headaches and digestive disorders compelled him to find the root cause of his illnesses and how to eradicate them for good. Following countless books and failed attempts at changing his lifestyle, Nejad finally discovered the work of Arshavir Ter-Hovannessian and became a raw vegan to astonishing results.

Not only did Nejad become acutely aware of the physical and mental impacts of his food choices, but their impact on animal rights, peace and wider global harmony. In short, he became a vocal raw vegan activist and now prospers through exceptional health and wellbeing.

“I realized that, by educating others on the raw vegan lifestyle, I could also make dramatic changes to their lives. I want to reach millions of people around the world, which is why I decided to fuse my research, knowledge and passion into a literally life-changing new book,” Nejad explains.

Titled, ‘Rethink Your Diet: Be Conscious! And Learn How To Live A Healthy Lifestyle’, the book takes readers on a deeply-personal and enlightening journey through the food choices they make and how they impact the wider world.

“Every dietary decision has an economic, environmental, social and health impact. The problem is that most people just don’t see it,” he adds. “By understanding these impacts we can make better choices that have a more positive impact on our own health. It’s time we all understand our place in nature and accept the mistakes that we make. By becoming more conscious we can live in a world where everyone benefits – from our own health right through to endangered species and even the global economy. It all starts with us, and my book will be the perfect guide.”

With access to limited funds and a bold project on his hands, Nejad has turned to crowdfunding platform Indiegogo to get the book edited, formatted and published. With $6,000 as the target, some great ‘perks’ exist for those choosing to invest. For example, $1 gets a selection of health eBooks, $25 affords the backer a copy of the eBook and one-on-one nutrition consulting with the author, while those contributing $100 or more will be treated to a limited edition hardcover copy of the final release.

“I need lots of support, but am quietly confident. This entire project is based off global collaboration and together we can make a huge different. Let’s get this project funded, get the book published and start making a difference before it’s too late,” Nejad concludes.

Funding dependent, ‘Rethink Your Diet: Be Conscious! And Learn How To Live A Healthy Lifestyle’ will be published soon.

About Moein Ghahremani Nejad
I am a 21-year-old student of life! The most important thing that I can tell you about myself is that I was always a very curious boy, curious about everything.

I’m a blogger and started blogging in 2007 (of course in Persian). I still believe that I’m not a professional blogger yet, but I enjoy it very much when I write my thoughts. I read many blogs (in Persian and English ), which I find a fun way to learn new things and stay updated!

However, I was very busy and I didn’t have enough time to manage my websites well, but I was still happy to share knowledge with others via this channel. Now I have different ideas for both my websites and I’m looking for good partners to produce useful content. Here is the address of my English website: http://www.VeganIdealWorld.com

And this is my Persian website, which at the time this was written, is the largest Persian vegetarian file directory, including e-books, documentary movies, and clips related to vegetarianism and natural health: http://www.VeganDownload.com

The Picture above is me in the 41st International Vegetarian Festival in Malaysia (October 5th) as I was one of the speakers in the mentioned festival.
