His plan is to communicate with all the top vegan, vegetarian and foodie pages using Facebook and PR, with recipes using his products, explaining why these products are genuine USDA 100% Organic and where to buy. He is also looking to entice top retailers in the country with special promotional offers to carry the line, including live demos, outreach and education.
A part of the proceeds from the campaign would also be used to mass-produce sufficient quantities to meet initial retail demand for the line of all vegan truffle mac and cheese, truffle potato salad, and other vegan truffle dishes.
With adequate funding support combined with over 30 years' experience in the truffle world, the team hopes to make the great taste of real truffles available to everyone. They have the people ready to handle marketing, SEO, sales, and promotions to bring their message to chefs and consumers everywhere.
