Tampa, FL -- (SBWIRE) -- 02/18/2014 -- RPE is pleased to announce its partnership with Retail Orphan Initiative and 4Kids in support of vulnerable and orphaned children worldwide. During the annual National Retail Federation (NRF) Conference & Expo in New York, RPE matched money raised and donated $6,500 to 4Kids of Tampa. RPE distributed complimentary bottles of water during the event, encouraging attendees to donate a $1. RPE matched each dollar donated. As a leading retail consulting services provider, RPE has donated more than $30,000 to children’s charities worldwide through the Retail Orphan Initiative.
“This year we wanted to impact the lives of children closer to home and selected 4Kids of Tampa as our charity,” said Cliff Epstein, president of RPE. “It’s important we give back to our local Tampa Bay community where the RPE corporate office has been located since 1999.”
