Santa Fe Springs, CA -- (SBWIRE) -- 02/13/2014 -- The Gorlitz Sewer and Drain Inc. introduces new, revolutionary equipment in trenchless pipe system that is speculated to be the benchmark of all systems as it features complete, innovative components.

As showcased in its official website, “Gorlitz Sewer & Drain, Inc. offers two complete types of trenchless pipe replacement systems, a chain operated puller, and a wire rope operated puller. The chain operated Model GO 6000C is provided with a 5/8-inch diameter chain link puller while Model GO 6000R is equipped with a 3/4-inch diameter steel wire rope puller. However, the puller frame has been machined with all mounting holes to accept the chain and wire rope puller housing which can be added or exchanged at any time to offer the operator versatility of choosing the right equipment for each job.”

The GO 6000C includes all the accessories needed for trenchless pipe system, such as model 6000 power supply cart, model 6100c pullet unit, model 6200 clamp fixture, model 6300 heating iron with heater frame and pouch, and one unit of 6400 facing tool. The GO 6000R Complete System also delivers the same amount of quality as the first type. The complete system includes all the features of the GO 6000C; the only difference is that it has Wire Rope 3/4" Diameter, 75” Long and Wire Rope 3/4" Diameter, 150” Long as compared to the Chain 5/8” x 50” Long and Chain 5/8”x 75” Long of the first type.

“Both models are featured with a 12” stroke and recommended to burst and replace cast iron, clay, plastic, and orangeburg pipes up to 6” in diameter. The trenchless pipe system can also be very helpful at splitting metal pipes at refineries, oil fields, and underground facilities to simplify pipe removal and/or pipe replacement. Special diameter bursting heads may be required for this application.”
