Supersonic Towing is a well-established Berkeley towing company which is considered by many as an important player in the local business community. Many locals can tell stories of Supersonic coming to their rescue when they encountered roadside problems and now we are proud to be adding an additional service to our already extensive menu of emergency services and we're looking forward to working with a whole new segment of the Berkeley population.
The welcome addition of motorcycle towing services to Supersonic Towing's repertoire has been in the works for about a year now. Following years of requests from our loyal customers we've been working on a way to add motorcycle towing to our services. We were aware that there is a whole segment of the Berkeley population that we haven't been able to assist over the years and we wanted to make this change.
Supersonic Towing already has an excellent reputation and a large loyal local customer base. We wanted to grow our business and provide a larger range of services but knew that it would take time to prepare ourselves to provide motorcycle towing services at the high level of quality that we are known for.
We began the planning process approximately a year ago and from the get go things ran smoothly. We began learning about this new niche and acquiring the equipment needed to make the addition possible. As a provider of both local and long distance towingSupersonic Towing has a fleet of different types of tow trucks which are used for different types of towing – light, medium and heavy duty trucks, but we wanted to add to our fleet and make sure that we had the best trucks and equipment for our new endeavor.
Over the years we've learned that in spite of our state-of-the-art equipment our most valuable resource is our wonderful team, which is our pride and joy. The team has been a partner in the process toward the launch of our new motorcycle towing service and we are happy to report that most of our veteran operators have now been trained to provide motorcycle towing service. We have brought some new operators, who have extensive experience in motorcycle towing, on board so the team has grown and we feel very lucky to have these excellent and passionate operators working with us.
