Reckitt Benckiser (M) Sdn led due to owning the leading brand in 2013, which was Dettol with a value share of 22%. SC Johnson & Son (M) Sdn owns Mr Muscle, which ranked second in 2013 with a 13% value share.

Sales of surface care are expected to grow at a CAGR of 1% at constant 2013 prices over the forecast period. This is similar to the performance registered over the review period.
