Gaining 74 reviews in just three months in 2013, Thames Motor Group are proud to have averaged a Customer Service Rating of 91%. With comments about the service ranging from "always polite and helpful" to "friendly, informative and trustworthy", Thames Motor Group are proud to have provided cars to so many happy customers.

The new certification provided by Feefo is awarded to merchants who have received at least 85% for their service rating. Feefo use companies' sales data to email customers, asking them to leave feedback on the

What's more, customers who have bought from a company value the chance to be honest about their experiences and help other consumers to make an informed decision.
