The opening of this new Recruitment Center means that The Protocall Group will remove recruitment functions out of the branch, allowing Staffing Supervisors to provide better individualized attention to each client. Similarly, candidates who are looking for placement in a specific industry will have one central location to reach out to and have questions regarding applications and opportunities answered.
In order to set The Protocall Group on the right path for future growth, it was evident that Recruitment services in Philadelphia and NJ needed to be consolidated and separate from daily life in the branch. The company structured this plan to alleviate the burden on the branch offices, remove bottlenecks, increase efficiency, and develop a team where collaboration and growth are key focuses of responsibility.
