Russell received her Associate's Degree in Massage Therapy in 2009 from Heritage College (Wichita, Kansas). Her education provided training in a variety of massage techniques including Swedish Massage, Sports Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Myofascial Release, and Neuromuscular Therapy.
