Tollers LLP Have ACTAPS Accredited Lawyers Now

Northampton, Northamptonshire -- (SBWIRE) -- 01/09/2017 -- The Association of Contentious Trust and Probate Specialists (ACTAPS) was established in 1997 and ACTAPS membership is open to solicitors, barristers and legal executives that specialise in contentious trust and probate work.

Tollers have lawyers that specialise in various areas of law, including: business, personal law and personal injury claims. Believing in innovation Tollers continuously invest in their information technology, marketing and their 163 staff members to ensure they deliver the best service to each of their clients.

With a focus on contentious trust and probate work, Tiffany Wigget of Tollers has successfully completed a fast track ACTAPS membership course. Tiffany said of her achievement, "It has involved a lot of hard work outside my day to day commitments, but I am delighted to have become a full member of ACTAPS. Completing the course enabled me to expand my knowledge of this complex legal area and become a recognised contentious probate specialist – which can only be to the benefit of my clients".

Being established since 1877, Tollers have expanded over the years and now have six offices in areas that include: Northampton, Milton Keynes, Kettering, Corby, Stevenage and Kempston.

Tollers state they have a "genuine client focus" and this can be seen through the multiple awards and nominations they have gained over the years, including:

Winner of The Lawyer Management Awards 2014 for 'Excellence and/or Innovation in a Law Firm Financial Management'

Nomination for Best Corporate Team of the Year at the 2010 Insider Dealmakers Awards

Legal Technology Award 2009 for Regional IT Team
