The Network Marketing Association Helps with Disputes Between Partners: There are, and in the future there will continue to exist, a few 'bad apples' that haunt the industry and Network Marketing Community. It will take consistent, positive-messages and experiences in order to reverse this unfortunate misconception. Success in this area means greater retention of distributors who would otherwise leave a company, less disruption for distributors and their up-line/downline, and a more favorable-perception of the industry overall. NMA believes that the relationship between distributors and the companies is a true partnership: Neither can successfully accomplish their goals without the other.

NMA is Empowering the Community: First, NMA is helping to improve the public-perception of the community by helping Network Marketers become more professional. NMA is already working with companies to create-and-foster positive and ethical codes-of-conduct. Companies have asked NMA, with the aid of our legal-professionals, to review their Direct-Sales-Agreements and help make those contracts better for Network Marketers. The NMA will be launching local, regional, and national-campaigns to help shift public-perception. This all leads to an industry the client can be even more proud of, as well as greater-retention of their downline, and an easier time recruiting new team members.

NMA is Preparing Distributors: With large Universities expressing-interest in the NMA preparing-courses on Network Marketing (and other aspects of their industry) NMA will have the ability to mainstream-the-industry to new, bright-minds coming through the education-process. Imagine more energetic, educated, credible-people in the organization with a broader understanding of this professional business. Great leaders in this industry have talked about working full-time at their jobs while building-their-wealth part-time through Network Marketing. Some leaders actually did the exact opposite by jumping-in this industry as a professional-career. NMA believe their unique-approach to preparing distributors will create the best-leaders the industry has seen.

The Network Marketing Association will Innovate and Create: Network Marketing has slowly been gaining ground on improving public-perception and overall appeal. This progress is represented clearly in some recent statistics: (1) 1 in 4 consumers say they like to purchase from a direct sellers, (2) 2/3 of all consumers have been approached to buy products from a direct seller, (3) 1/3 of all consumers have a favorable view of direct selling (and this number has been increasing since 2008) and, (4) here is an interesting discovery: 4 out of 10 thought Direct Selling was Amazon or a eBay type-of-buying.

The Network Marketing Association will Prepare and Train New Distributors: The NMA will help. NMA offers uniform-training to all new distributors or those considering become distributors. This training is general enough to benefit everyone regardless of company affiliation. Informed, well-prepared distributors mean: (1) Greater retention for companies, (2) Greater retention for sponsoring distributors and their teams, (3) Better retained distributors creating their own downlines instead of leaving the business, (4) Overall better-relations between distributors and company, and (5) An improved public image of company and the industry in general. And, of course, this also means more profitability for everyone.
