Today Wohl announced their addition of used Toresani pasta machines, models: CISF-300A, MT265-A, and also a great gnocchi machine. These used machines can be used for sheeting, cutting and punching various pasta types, including lasagna, fettuccini, tortellini and gnocchi.

The first of three obtained machines is the Used Toresani CISF-300A Pasta Sheeter/Cutter. This machine includes dies for fettuccine, linguini, pappardelle and lasagna sheets. The CISF-300A has a 15” wide conveyor for pasta takeaway and transport, as well as a pushbutton starter.

The second of the three newly added machines is a used Toresani Four Punch Gnocchi Machine. This model has been rated as able to process up to 300 lbs per hour. It includes a flour recycling auger system that measures 3” in diameter, and a twin screw feed.

The third Toresani model added to the Wohl product inventory is an MT265-A Four Punch Tortellini Machine. Equipment includes a top-mounted hopper with an auger and stainless steel cabinetry. Capacity is rated to accommodate 60 lbs per hour (weight range may vary according to noodle type). Includes start and stop buttons for manual control.
