Rhodes has been writing, editing, and participating in the creation of Modern Princess Tales, an inspirational book for little girls. Currently, the book is at the printer and the author is seeking support to cover the share of printing and production costs.
Printed in the U.S.A., this beautifully crafted book is made of a fabric hardcover made to enhance any current selection of princess classics and stay in a family library for generations. With increased funding, more copies can be printed and more related projects and activities can be created.
Modern Princess Tales compiles five classic princess tales with the heroines finding love, while inventing, creating, and building their future. Sleeping Beauty invents the world's best pillow. The Little Mermaid becomes an award winning marine biologist. Snow White starts a non-profit organization. Beauty becomes the first media mogul. Cinderella becomes a famous fashion designer.
Women are growing in their demand for gender equality and this book is an addition to this movement. The Modern Princess Club will extend this dialogue to even the youngest girls. There are even Modern Princess workshops for grades PK-8 (Class Act Reward).
