Deborah Todd, president of STATE Contracting, Inc., has announced that the privately held firm, specializing in site development and roadway improvement, will attend the 2011 Business Opportunity Conference on Wednesday, Aug. 10 at the Washington Duke Inn & Golf Club, located at 3001 Cameron Blvd. in Durham. Hosted by the Carolinas Minority Supplier Development Council (Carolinas MSDC), the event will provide an opportunity to build relationships with corporate and government representatives as well as the region's best minority suppliers.
