Religion Could Help Quit Smoking, Or EverSmoke e-Cigs Could Help Too
A recent study led by Karissa D. Horton, of the Department of Kinesiology and Health Education at The University of Texas at Austin, examined the role that religion plays in coping with quitting smoking. The study monitored 963 college students who reported their levels of positive or negative religious coping, depressive symptoms and cigarette use in the month prior to the study.
