While Pittsburgh Councilman Proposes Smoking Ban, Optima Cigs Can Be Used
Ricky Burgess, Pittsburgh’s City Councilman has introduced legislation to ban smoking in areas of city parks where children frequently visit. The ordinance would designate certain areas of the city parks as tobacco-free and signs would be posted to notify visitors.
